Cancellation Fee
In the case of cancellations made by the customer for rentals at Hokkaido Rent-a-car or Sapporo Rent-a-car locations, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the rates below.
Please Note: If you do not show up without notifying us more than one hour after the reserved pick-up time, we will regard this as a cancellation.
